Why are probate lawsuits filed?

Probate lawsuits result from a few different causes. One cause can be the person that signed the will may be someone that you believe was not in full control of their mental faculties. Another way that they can arise would be if someone who signed the will lived with the person who obtained the majority of the assets of their estate. And the last way that these typically arise would be if the person that signed the will or other documents didn’t understand those documents, and you, the person who had the person sign those documents, took advantage of it. What you want to do is do all that you can, working with an attorney, to make certain that whenever you help someone in this area of their life, at the end of their lives, that you do it as ethically and responsible as possible to avoid a probate lawsuit.
