Where are your offices located and why do you have them in more than one state?

I’m licensed in Florida and licensed in Maryland. I have offices in both states. I offer the exact same services in both states, however, the exact same services often can result in very different clients.
For example, in Florida, I serve as outside general counsel for a number of companies. These are companies that need the services of an attorney that they trust, that understands their business. And in Maryland, I am working with a couple of franchise opportunities that are just beginning now. I’m assisting them with employee retention. I’m assisting them with obtaining funding.
So I provide services in both states. The services are both legal and business services.
